The way in which we will deliver this vision will be to -

1) Provide remarkable, unforgettable and excellent early years education.

We will do this by:

• Providing an environment rich in adventurous experiences that support our children in developing the courage and resilience to excel in life
• Equipping children with strong educational foundations to have confidence in themselves as learners and prepare them for the future at school and beyond.
• Offering quality school and nursery provision that continually strives for excellence in all that we do, through nurturing, self-reflective, evidence based supportive practice.

2) Prepare compassionate, caring local, national and global citizens.

We will do this by:

• Inspiring children and staff team to be happy, compassionate, rights respecting citizens
• Building an awareness - in our children, staff and parents- a desire to respond to social challenges and inequality
• Creating positive impact on the local community through our engagement and inspirational practice

3) Inspire children, staff, the school and wider community to respect and embrace difference

We will do this by:

• Teaching a curriculum that encourages and celebrates individuality so that each child can explore their unique and distinctive brilliance
